About us

Veda means knowledge. Only a society organized on the principles of knowledge can provide the individuals with a just, peaceful and happy life. However, the modern society has ignored these principles; hence, exploitation (corruption, crime, poverty, pollution, etc.), unrest (riots, terrorism, war, etc.) and dissatisfaction (stress, depression, divorce, suicide, etc.) are widely prevalent.

Veda teaches us that everything within the universe is controlled and owned by God.  So, everyone should obey the laws of God. They should accept only those things necessary for themself (set aside as quota) and not seek ownership over things meant for others. Only then, humanity can live in harmony with the universe, consisting of both dead (soil, water, fire, air, etc.) and living (insects, plants, animals, humans, etc.) things. The laws of God, if not obeyed, would punish us with natural calamities (flood, drought, earthquake, tsunami, cyclone, etc.), humanitarian crises (genocide, refugees, etc.) and psychophysiological disasters (epidemic and diseases like AIDS, cancer, SARS, swine flu, etc.).

The BACE Vedic Forum is an initiative of JNU students who are inclined towards understanding the laws of God enshrined in the Veda and who actually implement them in their own lives. Many students and young professionals in Delhi NCR  have benefited from the process and they want to share it with the rest of humanity in order to usher in a spiritual revolution at the levels of social and individual consciousness.
