Four things- birth, disease, old age and death, everyone must have to face in life. In each
part of our life we go through lot of problems, some we can recognize and some
we can not(i.e.unknowingly we tolerate). Common problems we know are stress, anxiety, tensions,
diseases, depressionetc.
which occur as a result of one cause or more. This "Cause-Effect
equation" makes our life hellish. Theories and thoughts prevailing in our
society today has made a 'hollow sphere' around us from which we can not
extract a ray of joy and hope for knowledge to achieve real bliss. No one is
escapable form these mundane theories and thoughts which lacks a definite shape
and path of a goal. The environment is becoming so cruel that, only disastrous
results can be expected in coming days.
WHO says, in near future ANXIETY and DEPRESSION will be two prime diseases to rule over earth.
One of the cause is 'none is satisfied with his position' and faces lack of
interest. It simply means we are moving towards a suffering world. As a result
there will be seen only tensions and stress. Everyone wants more.Everyone wants
to win.Not possible at all.
Types of stress we can have...
i. stress due to failures
ii. stress due to relation breaking
iii. stress due to ambition
iv. stress due to injury, disease, death of our family members
v. stress due to envy, quarrel, war
vi. stress due to wants
vii. stress due to greed
viii. stress due to lack of control in desires etc
When we can have full control over above situations we can be stressfree. This is possible only by following philosophy of Simple living High thinking. We must have to give up all nonscence activities. But one thing very very important to quote here, we make thousands of plan and Supreme Lord is the only deciding authority for their fulfillment. Only Lord's will is final, whatever may be the intensity of our mushrooming desires.Only Lord has the unlimited power to save us from dangers. We have to pray only.

Experts in the stress management field have always stressed upon that optimum level of stress is always required for high performance. But to avoid its negative impact one must know where to draw a border line ….not so easy . . even researchers found it difficult to pinpoint how much stress is optimum..
